Brownie Girl Scouts Scouts will explore the precious resource of water as they complete requirements for the WOW! Wonders of Water Journey. Scouts will learn about the water cycle, pledge to LOVE water, determine how to PROTECT water, advocate to SAVE water, and finally by empowered to SHARE and INSPIRE others to protect Earth's water.

Brownie Girl Scouts will complete their three outdoor badges (first aid, hiker, and cabin camper), and then plan and begin a take action project focused on making the world a better place.

Brownie Girl Scouts will complete this journey by learning how to observe like a scientist, collect data, and then share their findings with scientists by contributing to 3 citizen science activities from the SciStarter project.

Brownie Girl Scouts can earn their Summit Award Pin by wandering outside with us for all three of our Journey-in-a-Day programs! The Summit Award Pin is earned when scouts have completed three National Leadership Journeys at their grade level.

Program Costs - $15 per Girl Scout Camper per Day
Includes all supplies needed for the Journey, including the Take Action Project, and an Alpenglow Patch. (Price does NOT include Journey Awards, available for purchase at https://www.girlscoutshop.com/).
Girl Scouts of Western Washington EVENT Grants Financial Assistance and Cookie Dough accepted.
NOTE: Girl Scouts must pack their own lunch and water bottle. Grown-ups must stay within 20 minutes of event. In-person COVID-19 Protocols are subject to change by GSWW and Washington State.
